Job Title: Legal Billing Specialist

Pay Rate: Up to $35/hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Legal Billing Specialist to join our team in Irvine, CA. This is an onsite position with a competitive pay rate of up to $35 per hour and the potential for permanent hire based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and process legal billing invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

• Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines and firm policies.

• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries.

• Maintain and update billing records and databases.

• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure accurate and efficient billing processes.

• Generate and analyze billing reports for management review.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Legal Billing Specialist or in a similar role within a law firm.

• Proficiency in legal billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
