LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Patient Intake Specialist for our healthcare client located in Irvine, CA. This is an immediate need and will be a contract opportunity and 100% onsite, full-time position.

This role will be focused on the intake of patients for our client and gather new and updated patient demographics, ensuring registration is completed in time for patient appointments, as well as insurance is verified.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years experience in a patient intake/healthcare administrative position
• Must be proficient within Microsoft Office and EMR Systems

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to multiple tasks throughout the day
• Can work well with others and provide a warm and welcoming experience for others
• Proficient working within multiple software systems
