Job Title: Receptionist - Temporary

Location: Irvine, CA

Salary: Up to $25 per hour

Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and organized Temporary Receptionist to join our team in Irvine, CA. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has excellent organizational skills. The role will be for a temporary period, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.

  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.

  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

  • Provide support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Friendly and professional demeanor.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
