Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor the performance of critical facility systems including HVAC, compressed air, cranes, elevators, electrical systems, security devices, and more.
Ensure timely inspections, maintenance, and repairs of all facility equipment, coordinating with vendors and internal teams as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and tour-ready environment; support machine setup/teardown and assist with safety and compliance initiatives.
Manage vendor relationships, oversee invoicing workflows, and develop annual facilities budgets.
Collaborate with service, safety, and trade teams, especially in CTPAT and FTZ areas, to support operational excellence.
Perform or coordinate minor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks; operate forklifts, man-lifts, and floor cleaning equipment as needed.
Willingness to work outside regular hours to minimize disruption to business operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years in facilities management, building maintenance, or construction.
Ability to obtain certifications for forklift, scissor lift, and boom lift operations.
Strong multitasking and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills with internal teams, vendors, and contractors.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with safety standards and certifications (e.g., Cal OSHA) is a plus.
Job Details:
Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Compensation: $55,000-65,0000 annually
