Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor the performance of critical facility systems including HVAC, compressed air, cranes, elevators, electrical systems, security devices, and more.

  • Ensure timely inspections, maintenance, and repairs of all facility equipment, coordinating with vendors and internal teams as needed.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and tour-ready environment; support machine setup/teardown and assist with safety and compliance initiatives.

  • Manage vendor relationships, oversee invoicing workflows, and develop annual facilities budgets.

  • Collaborate with service, safety, and trade teams, especially in CTPAT and FTZ areas, to support operational excellence.

  • Perform or coordinate minor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks; operate forklifts, man-lifts, and floor cleaning equipment as needed.

  • Willingness to work outside regular hours to minimize disruption to business operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years in facilities management, building maintenance, or construction.

  • Ability to obtain certifications for forklift, scissor lift, and boom lift operations.

  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills with internal teams, vendors, and contractors.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Familiarity with safety standards and certifications (e.g., Cal OSHA) is a plus.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

  • Compensation: $55,000-65,0000 annually

  • Employment Type: Direct Hire

  • Location: Irving, TX 75063
