Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming service calls and create work orders.

• Assign and dispatch technicians (as applicable).

• Track job progress and communicate updates to customers.

• Coordinate with Parts Specialists on backordered items.

• Review and process completed work orders; follow up on purchase orders.

• Assist with billing issues and warranty claims.

• Approve technician time entries and monitor job timelines.

• Support management and ensure jobs stay on schedule.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Relevant customer service and dispatching experience.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.

• Organized and proficient in time management.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 6-3pm

• Compensation: $23-25/hr.

• Employment Type: contract to hire

• Location: Irving, TX 75063
