Job Posting: Payroll Administrator

Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid after training)

Pay Rate: $25–$30/hour depending on experience level

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our payroll team in this payroll role. The position offers a great opportunity for growth and development in a dynamic and supportive team environment. The ideal candidate will have some experience with ADP, excel experience, and a background in payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and deliver weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly multi-state payrolls, including garnishments, benefits, and taxes, while ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.

  • Input and review payroll data using the ADP Vantage system, including pay, job, organization, tax, and status changes.

  • Audit and reconcile payroll results for each payroll cycle.

  • Process employee wage withholding orders (e.g., garnishments, child support, and tax levies).

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal businesses and employees.

  • Troubleshoot payroll-related issues in coordination with the HRIS, Benefits, and Retirement departments.

  • Generate ad-hoc and standard reports as needed using ADP Vantage and Excel.

  • Collaborate with payroll leads and managers to ensure efficient payroll processes and contribute to team success.

Technical Requirements:

  • Some knowledge of ADP (Vantage preferred) is essential for the role.

  • Basic Excel skills are required (experience with pivot tables is a plus).

  • Experience with multi-state payroll is preferred.

  • Familiarity with union payroll processes is a plus, though most tasks are automated.

Shift:

  • Core Hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

  • Flexible start time: Can begin at 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM, with flexibility for a later finish (up to 5:00 PM).



Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
