LHH is partnering with a high-growth, manufacturing company that is located in Irving, Texas. We are searching for a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our client's Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. This individual will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and business consulting to drive overall company performance. This role will involve financial modeling, strategic analysis, and financial reporting, with a focus on actionable insights to their business leaders. This role will also be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis that supports major corporate decisions of the Senior Management Team. This position will be in-office and we are targeting a base salary of $90,000 to $110,000 with a bonus potential of 3%.

Responsiblities:

• Develop financial models and provide analytical support for business planning and financial forecasting process

• Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes for the commercial team, including variance analysis, trend correlation, and performance measurement.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring they comply with GAAP.

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to determine present and future performance.

• Document, monitor and update accounting policies. Regularly update the senior management team on various financial risks and opportunities.

• Assist in the preparation of presentations and detailed financial analyses presented to senior management, board of directors, and other executives.

• Collaborate with various teams (sales, operations, IT, etc.) to achieve financial objectives.

• Manage the implementation and compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.

• Develop and utilize forward-looking, predictive models and activity-based financial analyses to provide insight into the organization’s operations and business plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or other related field

• 2+ years' working experience within a Corporate Finance role

• Advanced skills within Excel including creating models from scratch

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
