Key Responsibilities
- Full cycle Accounts Payable (AP) management, including invoice processing, reconciliation, and timely payment.
- Perform 3-way match procedures to ensure accuracy in invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents.
- Utilize ERP systems to manage and monitor AP transactions.
- Prepare and analyze financial data using Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to support month-end and year-end close processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of full cycle Accounts Payable experience.
- Proven experience with 3-way match processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functionality.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
