LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an Office Manager for our client. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our team to create a productive and efficient work environment. Your role will be crucial in maintaining office services, coordinating office activities, and providing administrative support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Oversee office operations and procedures, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate and plan office events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain office equipment and arrange for repairs as needed.
  • Provide administrative support for executives and other team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Additional Details:
  • This is a temp to hire opportunity with a pay range of $22-$27/hr dependent on experience.
  • This position is 100% on-site with the hours of 8:30am to 5pm, Monday- Friday.



Pay Details: $22.00 to $27.00 per hour
