We are working with a fantastic company in Jacksonville in search of an Accounts Payable Specialist! This position will be onsite but with schedule flexibility when needed. Job Responsibilities
Process approximately 200-300 invoices weekly
Communicate with external vendors and manage vendor files
Print checks and process wire transactions
Enable vendor setup by obtaining necessary tax documentation
Reconcile bank transactions
Run reports and assist with audit
Qualifications
Experience working with NetSuite software is preferred
2-3 years of experience in accounts payable
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Experience in manufacturing, construction, or with an industrial background
