LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for Administrative Assistants in Phoenix to join one of our clients' teams! This job required you to work fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and arrange logistics for meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment.
  • Help with the preparation of grant applications and other fundraising materials.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Positive, proactive, and professional demeanor.



Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
