LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently partnering with a financial services company located in Novi, MI. We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to help support the owner/operator and will also be supporting a small but close-knit group of professionals. Candidates must be reliable, extremely personable, team-oriented and have a professional disposition. Applicants should ALSO have a strong attention to detail and be able to multi-task with changing priorities and frequent interruptions while meeting prescribed deadlines and have excellent writing skills.

Responsible for:

  • Calendar management

  • Appointment scheduling

  • Event planning and management

  • Scheduling meetings with attorneys

  • Light facilities management

  • Sales support

  • Run daily credit card audit reports

  • Monthly/Quarterly reporting

  • Monthly sales reporting

  • Marketing, simple flyer creation

  • Website updating

Qualifications:

  • Previous executive level support experience: 3+ years
    Strong administration skills
    Proficient with MS Office Suite-solid knowledge, Salesforce is ideal but not required.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
    Strong and clear communication skills, both written and verbal, able to ask questions and be proactive

Specifics:

  • Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm

  • $20-23/hr. dependent on strength of admin experience

  • Contract that is open ended, company is looking for a long-term fit
