AP/AR Supervisor
LHH recruitment is hiring for an AP/AR supervisor in the Jacksonville, FL area. Our client is searching for an AP/AR supervisor that will oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable teams for multiple entities and support operational financial activities.
Responsibilities
Supervising the work of the accounts payable and accounts receivable staff within multiple entities and assisting in the daily tasks as needed, reviewing, reconciling work, and auditing.
Review staff work for accuracy, providing ongoing training, feedback and coaching, and providing final approvals of routine work.
Monitor financial performance by measuring and analysing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.
Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions, bring forth recommendations.
Assist with all financial audits.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in accounting supervision in the healthcare industry strongly preferred.
Consistently demonstrate professional verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Experience in controls, auditing experience, and reconciliation.
Proficient with the following systems required: Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, QuickBooks.
Degree in Accounting or Finance
This position is a direct hire opportunity that can pay up to $95k plus bonus depending on resume and experience. Please apply today!
