AP/AR Supervisor

LHH recruitment is hiring for an AP/AR supervisor in the Jacksonville, FL area. Our client is searching for an AP/AR supervisor that will oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable teams for multiple entities and support operational financial activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the work of the accounts payable and accounts receivable staff within multiple entities and assisting in the daily tasks as needed, reviewing, reconciling work, and auditing.

• Review staff work for accuracy, providing ongoing training, feedback and coaching, and providing final approvals of routine work.

• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analysing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.

• Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions, bring forth recommendations.

• Assist with all financial audits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounting supervision in the healthcare industry strongly preferred.

• Consistently demonstrate professional verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Experience in controls, auditing experience, and reconciliation.

• Proficient with the following systems required: Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, QuickBooks.

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
