LHH is hiring a Florida-licensed attorney on behalf of our client for a part-time, remote position. This role is ideal for a motivated legal professional who is comfortable managing a full caseload independently across probate, family law, and civil litigation.

While the position is primarily remote, the attorney must be available for in-person court appearances as needed in Duval County and nearby jurisdictions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload in the areas of probate, family law, and civil litigation

• Attend court hearings and proceedings in person as required

• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

• Maintain timely and accurate case documentation

Qualifications:

• Active license to practice law in Florida

• Prior experience handling probate, family law, and civil litigation matters

• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

• Availability for in-person court appearances in Duval and surrounding counties

• Reliable transportation

Pay: $40.00-$42.00
