LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a client of ours located in Detroit, MI in their search for a Benefits Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee benefits administration and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities



  • Manage and administer employee benefits programs billing and analytics


  • Conduct research on benefit plans and vendors


  • Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries


  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations


  • Collaborate with HR team on benefits enrollment processes


  • Analyze benefits data to provide recommendations for program enhancements


  • Coordinate training development related to benefits programs


  • Communicate changes in benefits offerings to employees effectively



Experience



  • Previous experience in benefits administration, preferably with knowledge of ADP


  • Familiarity with payroll processes and workers' compensation


  • Strong understanding of employee relations as they pertain to benefits administration


Specifics:



  • Compensation between $65k - $70k


  • Contract-to-Hire


  • Healthcare benefits available


  • Fully on-site downtown Detroit


  • Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
