The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee benefits administration and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities
Manage and administer employee benefits programs billing and analytics
Conduct research on benefit plans and vendors
Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
Collaborate with HR team on benefits enrollment processes
Analyze benefits data to provide recommendations for program enhancements
Coordinate training development related to benefits programs
Communicate changes in benefits offerings to employees effectively
Experience
Previous experience in benefits administration, preferably with knowledge of ADP
Familiarity with payroll processes and workers' compensation
Strong understanding of employee relations as they pertain to benefits administration
Specifics:
Compensation between $65k - $70k
Contract-to-Hire
Healthcare benefits available
Fully on-site downtown Detroit
Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
