LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst who is bilingual in Spanish and English to assist a great client in Jacksonville, FL. We are seeking someone with at least 4 years of experience working in high level human resources in a benefits/compensation/total rewards analyst role.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for supporting the design, development, and administration of the compensation program
  • Use a knowledge of compensation theory to provide analytical support in broader areas of the company
  • Annual compensation program review, annual salary review, and maintain position descriptions
  • Create and modify salary structures and guidelines

Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation or benefits analytics
  • Experience in state or global compensation programs

Skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and change when needed
  • Can work strongly while independent

Work Type
  • Full Time, Direct Hire, Onsite
  • Compensation: $80-90k/year
  • Benefits: Full benefits package, 401k match, PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance
