Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the design, development, and administration of the compensation program
- Use a knowledge of compensation theory to provide analytical support in broader areas of the company
- Annual compensation program review, annual salary review, and maintain position descriptions
- Create and modify salary structures and guidelines
Experience
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation or benefits analytics
- Experience in state or global compensation programs
Skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required
- Strong analytical ability
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and change when needed
- Can work strongly while independent
Work Type
- Full Time, Direct Hire, Onsite
- Compensation: $80-90k/year
