Billing Specialist – Jacksonville, FL | $50K–$60K

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers and a knack for accuracy? We’re hiring a Billing Specialist on behalf of a well-established organization in Jacksonville, FL. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team where your contributions will directly impact financial operations and client satisfaction.

Location: Jacksonville, Florida (100% onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Salary Range: $55,000–$65,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and issue accurate invoices in a timely manner

• Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client inquiries

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy

• Maintain and update billing records and documentation

• Assist with month-end closing and reporting activities

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related finance role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing/accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
