Responsibilities:

• General Ledger maintenance

• Record all transactions

• Post debits and credits

• Produce financial statements and other reports as necessary

• Bank deposit compilation

• Invoice preparation

• Track overdue accounts

• AP/AR

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience

• Associates degree AND/OR relevant experience

• QuickBooks

• MS Office Suite

• Must be extremely accurate and timely, great attention to detail

Specifics:

• Contract-to-Hire

• Full-time hours: Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm

• $26-30/hr. dependent on experience
