LHH is seeking a detailed focused and motivated Paralegal to join one of their clients in the Jacksonville area. This firm focuses on handling Commercial Real Estate matters. In this role, you will assist attorneys with high-stakes property transactions including lease analysis, title examinations, zoning compliance and contract reviews. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in legal research, writing and organizational skills to be able to manage multiple projects while having strict confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and revise legal documents such as commercial leases, purchase agreements, and title reports
Assist in the preparation and organization of transaction files, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
Monitor and manage project timelines and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks
Coordinate communications with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide updates on progress
Utilize legal research tools and databases to support transaction preparation
Maintain meticulous records and documentation for all transactions
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate
Demonstrated expertise in legal document drafting within the realm of commercial real estate
Strong attention to detail, with proven skills in proofreading and producing clear, concise legal documents
Familiarity with commercial real estate law, including contracts, leases, title issues, and zoning regulations
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic legal team
