LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Benefits and Compensation Manager to join our client’s team in Downey, California. This is a permanent, full-time salaried position offering a competitive benefits package.


In this role, you will:



  • Lead the strategic design, implementation, and administration of comprehensive employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and wellness initiatives.


  • Partner with brokers to ensure a robust benefits offering, encompassing plan design, strategic planning, cost analysis, and monitoring of usage trends.


  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing employee and manager inquiries, resolving benefit-related issues, and administering claims.


  • Develop and implement a team member wellness program to promote employee health and well-being.


  • Oversee all aspects of benefits administration, including maintaining employee benefit files, managing the group benefits database, and ensuring accurate benefit enrollment and changes.


  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to benefits administration, including FMLA, ADA, and COBRA.


  • Process and manage leave of absence requests and disability paperwork.


We are looking for a candidate with:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (experience may be substituted for education).


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Benefits Administration, ideally with experience managing benefits for 1000+ employees.


  • Proven experience with HRIS software systems.


  • Experience in compensation administration is a plus.


  • PHR or SHRM certification is a plus.


Compensation & Benefits:



  • Salary: $90,000 - $125,000


  • Benefits may include Health, Vision, Dental, and 401k

Schedule:



  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (100% in-office)
