LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Benefits and Compensation Manager to join our client’s team in Downey, California. This is a permanent, full-time salaried position offering a competitive benefits package.
In this role, you will:
Lead the strategic design, implementation, and administration of comprehensive employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
Partner with brokers to ensure a robust benefits offering, encompassing plan design, strategic planning, cost analysis, and monitoring of usage trends.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing employee and manager inquiries, resolving benefit-related issues, and administering claims.
Develop and implement a team member wellness program to promote employee health and well-being.
Oversee all aspects of benefits administration, including maintaining employee benefit files, managing the group benefits database, and ensuring accurate benefit enrollment and changes.
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to benefits administration, including FMLA, ADA, and COBRA.
Process and manage leave of absence requests and disability paperwork.
We are looking for a candidate with:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (experience may be substituted for education).
Minimum 5 years of experience in Benefits Administration, ideally with experience managing benefits for 1000+ employees.
Proven experience with HRIS software systems.
Experience in compensation administration is a plus.
PHR or SHRM certification is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $90,000 - $125,000
