LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager for a great company in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial estimating and general contracting projects. This is a full-time, in office position.

Responsibilities:

• Close deals and generate new leads
• Create bids for proposals
• Order materials
• Interpret plans to ensure completion of commercial fencing projects
• Regular travel to job sites is required

• Associates degree required
• At least 3 years of commercial fence estimating experience
• Able to complete military base documentation
• Up to date TWIC badge, OSHA 10, and DBIDS certifcation (or can obtain upon hire)

• Full time, onsite
• Regular travel to job sites required
• Direct Hire
• Compensation: $80-90k w/commission structure
