LHH is in search of a Financial Wealth Associate for a new position based in Jacksonville, FL! We are looking for someone who is an analytical problem solver with exceptional communication skills. Location: Jacksonville, FL
Role: Financial Wealth Associate
Position Type: Long-term with strong potential for conversion
Rate: $20-$21/hr.
Worksite Type: Hybrid (2 days remote)
Job Responsibilities:
Set up new investment accounts
Run, update, and maintain a variety of reports
Process all customer related financial transactions
Support compliance, licensing, and registration functions
Assist with setting up online access for statements and other services
Provide general office administration duties for processing new and existing clients
Accurately prepare all required documents needed for completing transactions
Collect client payments and post payments into company’s database
Participate in resolving client inquires and issues
Requirements:
BA/BS degree in finance or a related field
At least two years of experience in the Banking industry
Good customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and responsibilities
Strong mathematical and computer skills
