LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for great company in Jacksonville, FL. If you are someone who excels with data entry and HR operations with 2-3 years of general HR experience, this could be the perfect job for you!

Responsibilities

• Oversee all human resources administrative duties

• Assist with recruitment and maintain employee records

• Assist with payroll duties and provide administrative support to employees

• Responsible for onboarding and i9 verification processes for new hires

Experience

• At least 2-3 years of increasing HR experience

• Experience processing new hires, running orientations, and working with new hire paperwork

Skills

• Knowledge of various HR software including payroll software

• Knowledge of FMLA, short term/long term disability

• Self-starter, willing to take initiative

Work Type

• Full Time, M-F 9am-5pm

• Onsite

• Compensation: $25-27/hr
