HR Payroll Specialist

$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per Year


LHH is partnering with a client in search for a Payroll Specialist.


Responsibilities:



  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing


  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of wages and salaries to employees.


  • Collaborate with HR team to gather and validate payroll data, including new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation.


  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.


  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to relevant stakeholders.


  • Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.


  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to payroll processes.


  • Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.


Experience:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources


  • 3+ years’ in Payroll and Human Resources


  • UKG Pro payroll and Workforce Management Time Keeping Software


  • Experience in writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and have a strong background in HR laws and regulations.


Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm On-site


Salary Range: $60,000-$65,000 annually
