HR Payroll Specialist

LHH is partnering with a client in search for a Payroll Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing
Ensure accurate and timely payment of wages and salaries to employees.
Collaborate with HR team to gather and validate payroll data, including new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports to relevant stakeholders.
Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to payroll processes.
Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
3+ years’ in Payroll and Human Resources
UKG Pro payroll and Workforce Management Time Keeping Software
Experience in writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and have a strong background in HR laws and regulations.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm On-site
Salary Range: $60,000-$65,000 annually
