LHH Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and experienced Litigation Assistant in a permanent capacity for a legal firm in Jacksonville, FL. This person will be responsible for assisting with legal document review and supporting the organization for the business attorneys. Also, this person will serve as a first point of contact in the office. If you have at least 5 years of experience in a legal setting, this could be the perfect job for you!
Responsibilities:
Support the legal department with editing and producing legal documents
Assist paralegal team
Heavy calendaring, travel organization
Build Powerpoint decks
Serve as first point of contact in the office for all relevant needs
Utilize Microsoft Office products daily
Experience
Associates Degree preferred
At least 5 years of Legal Administrative experience
Experience working with MS Office products
Skills:
Highly proficient in MS Excel
Can multi-task and work with high volume expectations
Be receptive to feedback and areas of improvement
Extremely professional
Work Type:
Onsite, Full Time
Contract to Hire
Compensation: $28 - $30/hr
