What You’ll Do:
- Be the Face of the Firm: Greet and guide clients, visitors, and vendors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Master of Communication: Handle incoming calls, manage inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Administrative Guru: Perform tasks such as filing, data entry, and document scanning to keep the office running smoothly.
- Support the Legal Team: Assist with organizing client files, correspondence, and other important documents.
- Keep Us Stocked: Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Client Intake Pro: Support client intake procedures and prepare initial documents.
- Team Player: Provide support during busy periods and assist various departments as needed.
- Confidentiality Champion: Uphold confidentiality and adhere to firm policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Previous experience in an office environment, preferably within a legal setting.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attributes: Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, attention to detail, professional demeanor, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Salary: $45,000-$50,000/year
