A respected litigation firm with a strong Southeastern U.S. presence is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join its Jacksonville office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a legal professional who thrives in a structured, team-based environment and values work-life balance.

👥 Team Environment

You’ll work closely with a dedicated legal team consisting of an attorney, paralegal, legal secretary, and project assistant—fostering collaboration and efficiency.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage attorney calendars

  • Coordinate meetings, hearings, and depositions

  • Draft and file legal documents electronically

  • Support case preparation and client communication

âś… Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in a legal support role (insurance defense preferred)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in legal software and document management systems

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently

  • Professional, proactive, and client-focused demeanor
