We especially want to hear from those with litigation experience, including personal injury and insurance defense. You will be responsible for drafting, formatting, and proofreading correspondence and legal documents, , notices, pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, etc.; filing and e-filing in federal and state courts; preparing hearing, meeting, and deposition binders as well. The ideal candidate will be a real team player, with a proactive attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications:

• 3+ years of solid litigation paralegal experience. Personal injury on the defense side is a must!

• BA/BS required; ABA-certified paralegal certificate preferred but not required

• Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office

• Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail

• Great communication and interpersonal skills with a helpful, no-job-too-small mindset

Salary: $65,000-$70,000/yr.
