Job Description:

As an Insurance Defense/Personal Injury Paralegal, you will support attorneys in managing cases related to insurance defense and personal injury claims. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in case preparation and discovery processes.

• Drafting legal documents and correspondence.

• Managing case files and maintaining organized records.

• Coordinating with clients, witnesses, and experts.

• Conducting legal research as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a paralegal in insurance defense or personal injury law.

• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and documentation.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
