LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team in Jacksonville. This temp-to-perm position offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on complex litigation matters, providing essential support throughout all phases of the litigation process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, including case management, discovery, and trial preparation.

• Draft, format, and proofread legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.

• File and e-file documents in state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with court rules and deadlines.

• Organize and maintain case files, both electronic and physical, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.

• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for case preparation.

• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and deadlines for attorneys, clients, and other parties involved.

• Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, and other stakeholders.

• Prepare exhibits, witness binders, and other materials for depositions and trials.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research tools.

• Familiarity with legal terminology, court procedures, and e-filing systems.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Paralegal certification or degree from an accredited program preferred.
