Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics operations, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.

  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.

  • Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.

  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics activities.

  • Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.

  • Analyze and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations.

  • Assist with the development and implementation of logistics strategies and plans.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in logistics software and systems.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with international logistics and customs regulations.

  • Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).




Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
