Type: Direct Hire

Pay: $50k-$65k

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented accounting professional to join our team in an industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of accounting experience and be proficient in performing manual reconciliations of account statements, applying GL Codes to expenses, and managing Month End/Year End closeouts. Strong communication skills to build and maintain healthy relationships with clients and vendors are essential. A customer service background is a plus.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (MS Suite)

Experience with PBS (Passport Business Solutions Software) is a plus
