About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations at our Jacksonville office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, scheduling, and vendor coordination
Serve as the point of contact for internal staff and external partners
Maintain office efficiency by implementing and improving administrative systems
Support HR functions such as onboarding, timekeeping, and employee records
Assist with basic bookkeeping and budget tracking
Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
