About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations at our Jacksonville office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, scheduling, and vendor coordination

  • Serve as the point of contact for internal staff and external partners

  • Maintain office efficiency by implementing and improving administrative systems

  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, timekeeping, and employee records

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and budget tracking

  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred



Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
