LHH is seeking a experienced litigation paralegal interested in a permanent job opportunity with a very successful firm in Jacksonville, FL? You will be responsible for drafting, formatting, and proofreading correspondence and legal documents, including notices, pleadings, discovery documents, subpoenas, exhibit lists, etc.; filing and e-filing in federal and state courts; preparing hearing, meeting, and deposition binders as well as witness and exhibit lists; prepping for trial; coordinating, scheduling, and other legal calendaring tasks; legal research; and other tasks as assigned. Qualifications:
3+ years of solid litigation paralegal experience, experience with L&E matters is a huge plus!
BA/BS required; ABA-certified paralegal certificate preferred
Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
Great communication and interpersonal skills with a helpful, no-job-too-small mindset
Salary: $70,000-$75,000/yr.
