LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Payroll Specialist for a great company in Jacksonville, FL. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in full cycle payroll and garnishments. Multi-state experience and California experience required.

Responsibilities:

  • Processes full-cycle payroll from start to finish
  • Oversee day-to-day operation of HRIS and Time & Attendance database.
  • Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.
  • Process and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions, via HRIS.
  • Compute wages and deductions and enter data into related systems.
  • Oversees the proper processing of all payroll terminations, benefits, cancellations, and COBRA notifications.
  • Prepare and balance period-end reports and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements.
Qualifications
  • Payroll certification, preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred or relevant experience for 3-5 years
Work Type
  • Full Time, Onsite, Contract to hire
  • Pay range: $30-35/hr


Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
