LHH is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of experience for a personal injury law firm in Jacksonville, FL. You’ll have the chance to support attorneys in cases from beginning to end. This role involves high-impact personal injury cases and offers a chance to help clients resolve complex legal issues. If you think you’d be a great fit for this role, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, from case inception to trial

  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and correspondence

  • Manage case files and meticulously maintain detailed case calendars and deadlines

  • Conduct thorough fact and legal research, including the review of medical records and accident reports

  • Coordinate effectively with clients, medical providers, experts, and court personnel

  • Assist in trial preparation by preparing exhibits and organizing case binders

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience as a paralegal litigation in cases like personal injury, slip and fall, and negligence cases

  • Strong knowledge of Florida court procedures and e-filing systems

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management software

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

  • A paralegal certificate is preferred but not required



Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
