LHH is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of experience for a personal injury law firm in Jacksonville, FL. You’ll have the chance to support attorneys in cases from beginning to end. This role involves high-impact personal injury cases and offers a chance to help clients resolve complex legal issues. If you think you’d be a great fit for this role, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support to attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, from case inception to trial
Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and correspondence
Manage case files and meticulously maintain detailed case calendars and deadlines
Conduct thorough fact and legal research, including the review of medical records and accident reports
Coordinate effectively with clients, medical providers, experts, and court personnel
Assist in trial preparation by preparing exhibits and organizing case binders
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience as a paralegal litigation in cases like personal injury, slip and fall, and negligence cases
Strong knowledge of Florida court procedures and e-filing systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management software
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
A paralegal certificate is preferred but not required
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
