Type: Direct Hire | Pay: $65k-$85k | Location: Jacksonville, FL

We are seeking an experienced **Senior Safety Coordinator** to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a direct hire position with competitive pay ranging from **$65k to $85k** annually.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Perform onsite crane inspections and inspect crane-related activities.
• Provide training and education for crane operators, riggers, flaggers, and other employees involved in crane operations.
• Ensure comprehensive knowledge and understanding of safety regulations, including OSHA 1926 Subpart CC and EM385-1-1.

Develop and review critical lift plans.

**Qualifications:**

- Extensive experience in crane and crane-related safety within the construction industry.

- Strong background in safety regulations and compliance.

- Proven ability to train and educate teams effectively.
