LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a reputable client in Jeffersonville, IN to identify an Accounts Payable Specialist for their team. Ideal candidates will be team oriented, driven, quick learners, offering the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Process weekly AP check run.

• Monitor AP inbox, process invoices and handle inquires.

• Prepare various reconciliations.

• Support month-end closing.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of accounts payable or related experience.

• Comfortable working within excel.

• Strong customer service attitude while working as a team player.

• High attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

• Must be a self-motivated, team-oriented individual who can perform accurately in a fast-paced environment with a strong aptitude for multi-tasking.
