Job Title: Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Nassau County, NY (Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-Time - Hyrbid, 2 days from home
Salary Range: $130,000 – $160,000 annually, based on experience


Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic HR team. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving initiatives across employee relations, talent management, and learning & development, while supporting all core areas of HR. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a passion for building high-performing, engaged teams in a fast-paced, publicly traded environment.


Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations & Culture

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution aligned with company values and legal compliance.

  • Partner with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.

  • Conduct investigations, coach managers, and support conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

Talent Management & Organizational Development

  • Lead talent planning, succession strategies, and performance management processes.

  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify skill gaps and develop workforce strategies that align with business goals.

  • Support organizational design and change management efforts.

Learning & Development

  • Design and implement learning programs that support leadership development, employee growth, and compliance training.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver impactful training solutions.

  • Measure and report on learning effectiveness and employee engagement outcomes.

HR Strategy & Business Partnership

  • Act as a strategic advisor to department heads, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.

  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decisions.

  • Support workforce planning, compensation reviews, and headcount forecasting.

Compliance & Policy

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with evolving legislation and best practices.

  • Support internal audits and reporting requirements for a public company environment.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or HR leadership role.

  • Strong expertise in employee relations, talent management, and learning & development.

  • Experience working in a public company or highly regulated environment preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.

  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data analytics tools is a plus.


Work Environment

  • Hybrid work model with on-site presence in Nassau County as needed.

  • Occasional travel to other company locations or events may be required.




Pay Details: $130,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year
