Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid after training) 2 days home Contract Duration: 18+ months Payrate: up to $50/hr Work Schedule: Must be in the office on Wednesdays Industry: Open to all industries
Job Title: Total Rewards
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Total Rewards Analyst to join the HR team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze compensation and benefits data to support salary benchmarking, pay equity, and total rewards strategy.
Assist in the administration of annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity).
Support benefits program analysis, vendor management, and employee communications.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Finance to ensure alignment of rewards programs with business goals.
Maintain data integrity in HRIS and compensation systems.
Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards.
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling).
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle).
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
