LHH has partnered with a growing client that is looking for three Customer Support Specialists to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to their customers, resolving inquiries and issues promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is expected to be a three month contract.


Responsibilities:



  • Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.


  • Identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns, ensuring a satisfactory outcome and maintaining high customer satisfaction.


  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and troubleshooting assistance.


  • Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company’s CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.


  • Gather and report customer feedback and suggestions to help improve products, services, and customer support processes.


  • Stay current with industry best practices and trends in customer service, and participate in training and development opportunities.


Qualifications:



  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is highly desirable.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to listen and empathize with customers.


  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions.


  • Positive attitude, patience, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.


Schedule:



  • Contract


  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours


  • 8:00am-5:00pm


  • Anticipated start date of October 14th


  • Candidates located in PST preferred
