We are looking for an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in industrial manufacturing, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, and SAP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the production department to ensure efficient and timely production.

  • Implement and maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, ensuring compliance with all quality and environmental management systems.

  • Utilize SAP for production planning, scheduling, and inventory management to optimize production processes.

  • Monitor production metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and supply chain, to ensure seamless production operations.

  • Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal use of resources and meeting production targets.

  • Train, mentor, and supervise production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.

  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency in production processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management within an industrial manufacturing environment.

  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and implementation.

  • Proficiency in SAP for production planning and inventory management.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Certification in production management or related fields is a plus.
