We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrative Assistant to support a team near Kalamazoo, MI with daily office operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth office functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties, including mail preparation, sorting, and distribution.

  • Prepare and coordinate courier shipments.

  • Maintain and stock the office kitchen and pantry daily.

  • Order lunches for staff during busy seasons.

  • Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Manage conference room bookings and ensure cleanliness after meetings.

  • Scan and organize client documents efficiently.

  • Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets related to Engagement Management.

  • Support the Assurance department with requests, including printing and preparing booklets for presentations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and document management systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic office environment.



Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.40 per hour
