• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Verify invoice details, including quantities, prices, and terms.
• Reconcile discrepancies between purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Assist in month-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records of invoices and payments.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or relevant accounting roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
