Mandatory Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in banking, financial regulations, and/or M&A.

• Advanced written and oral communication skills.

• Superior law school credentials.

• Active Missouri Bar license.

This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $170,000 to $200,000 and benefits may include annual bonus, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
