Customer Service Representative – Kansas City, Kansas
LHH is partnering with a client within the Kansas City, Kansas who is seeking a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, provide information about our products and services, and resolve any issues that customers may have.
Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information about products and services.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.

  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges.

  • Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.

  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Details:

  • Job Title: Customer Service Representative

  • Location: Kansas City, KS

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm- HYBRID SCHEDULE** get to work from home 2-3 days per week

  • Compensation: $18-20.00ph.

  • Job Type: Contract to Hire

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
