LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a confidential and highly respected law firm to find a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Malpractice Litigation Paralegal. This is a fantastic opportunity for a litigation professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting attorneys in complex medical malpractice cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and manage legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and medical chronologies.

• Conduct in-depth medical record reviews and summarize findings for attorney use.

• Coordinate with expert witnesses, including scheduling, document preparation, and communication.

• Manage case files from inception through trial, including e-filing and docket management.

• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibit organization, witness lists, and trial binders.

• Perform legal research and cite-checking as needed.

• Maintain communication with clients, medical providers, and court personnel.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a strong focus on medical malpractice or personal injury.

• Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting medical records and terminology.

• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and e-filing systems.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.
