Operations Coordinator- Kansas City, MO

LHH is partnering with a client in the Insurance industry in Kansas City, MO to fill their Operations Coordinator role. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business. You will be responsible for coordinating various operational activities and supporting different departments to achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who has a strong ability to think outside the box with a sharp eye for detail.


Responsibilities:
  • Monitor day-to-day operations, including requests & inquiries for accounts.
  • Maintaining and reviewing documents & spreadsheets used to track invoicing, state surplus lines filings, and subjectivity requirements to obtain issued policies.
  • Cross-department communication: corresponding daily with clients, insurers, team members, and other colleagues throughout the company.
  • Following up with clients via telephone and email.
  • Running redlines used to review final issued policies for accuracy.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required\
  • At least 1-2+ years of previous operations support experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including time management.
  • Self-sufficiency and an ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation: $22-28ph.
Job Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
