LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an organization in Kansas City, MO, and assisting them identify a new Sr. HR Business Partner to join their team. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in talent management, working with executives, and handling high-level HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business strategies through people, creating and implementing talent development programs, and providing guidance on complex business and people-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with senior leadership to drive business strategies through people.
Develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning and retention programs.
Provide strategic data-driven insights to support decision-making and business transformation.
Act as a coach and trusted advisor to internal clients, driving the talent agenda for the business.
Oversee the entire employee life cycle, including compensation, promotion, separation, hiring, and development.
Manage and coordinate compensation, performance, and talent review processes.
Consult on organizational design and various management issues.
Partner with specialist groups to ensure coordination of HR strategies and processes across the organization.
Provide relevant data and recommendations to guide decision-making related to business transformation, compensation, organizational structures, retention, and promotions.
Oversee annual compensation cycles and ensure alignment with the company's compensation philosophy.
Conduct compensation analytics and reporting to support decision-making.
Partner with benefits, wellness, and community teams as part of the total rewards team.
Ensure compliance with global compensation regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Extensive experience in HR business partnering, talent management, and strategic HR. (10+ years)
Proven track record of working with executives and senior leadership.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
Proficiency in using HR tools and technologies, such as Workday.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Global experience, including the US, Western Europe, and Asia, is preferred.
Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year
