LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an organization in Kansas City, MO, and assisting them identify a new Sr. HR Business Partner to join their team. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in talent management, working with executives, and handling high-level HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business strategies through people, creating and implementing talent development programs, and providing guidance on complex business and people-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to drive business strategies through people.

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning and retention programs.

  • Provide strategic data-driven insights to support decision-making and business transformation.

  • Act as a coach and trusted advisor to internal clients, driving the talent agenda for the business.

  • Oversee the entire employee life cycle, including compensation, promotion, separation, hiring, and development.

  • Manage and coordinate compensation, performance, and talent review processes.

  • Consult on organizational design and various management issues.

  • Partner with specialist groups to ensure coordination of HR strategies and processes across the organization.

  • Provide relevant data and recommendations to guide decision-making related to business transformation, compensation, organizational structures, retention, and promotions.

  • Oversee annual compensation cycles and ensure alignment with the company's compensation philosophy.

  • Conduct compensation analytics and reporting to support decision-making.

  • Partner with benefits, wellness, and community teams as part of the total rewards team.

  • Ensure compliance with global compensation regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Extensive experience in HR business partnering, talent management, and strategic HR. (10+ years)

  • Proven track record of working with executives and senior leadership.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.

  • Proficiency in using HR tools and technologies, such as Workday.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Global experience, including the US, Western Europe, and Asia, is preferred.



Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year
